Refund and cancellation terms for ourworlds purchases.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.

This applies to first-time subscription purchases, whether monthly or annual, as well as one-time purchases of paid add-ons or capability packs where applicable.

2. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until that period ends. Partial refunds are generally not issued for unused time in the current billing period.

3. Annual plans and discretionary refunds

For annual subscriptions beyond the 14-day period, refund requests made within the first 30 days may receive a prorated refund for unused months. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless one of the special circumstances below applies.

  • Extended service outages that materially prevent use of paid features.
  • Billing errors such as duplicate or unauthorized charges.
  • Permanent removal of a paid feature you subscribed for.
  • Persistent technical issues that substantially impair normal use of the service.

4. Non-refundable items

  • Subscription fees outside the eligible refund windows, unless otherwise covered by this policy.
  • Third-party model usage costs incurred through connected providers.
  • Custom development, services, or consulting engagements.
  • Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service.

5. How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line Refund Request.
  2. Include the account email address and purchase date.
  3. Describe the reason for the request if you want to, though that is optional within the 14-day guarantee period.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Processor, chargebacks, and contact

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. You may see Paddle or Paddle.com on billing statements.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly, and unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
